ASSEMBLY
Twelve lengths of ZIP-RACK hollow section extrusion are
interlocked using eight HD black plastic corner
connectors using a rubber mallet. The press fit
technique provides a self-aligning, rigid frame.
This can be further strengthened (if required) by
drilling and rivetting each overlapping flange,
using the drill centering groove incorporated in
the extrusion profile. |
